I stayed for three nights and throughout this time, the hotel team were genuinely friendly and welcoming. They clearly enjoy their job and work together well. We stayed here for four nights as a city break in Berlin. The location worked very well for us. Trains from the BER airport stop at Zoologische Garten a short walk away. There are regular trains into the centre and a couple of u-bahn lines and another nearby at Uhlandstrasse not far away. The Hotel is ideally located in the Kudamm Berlin.
I am a Silver Ellete member and have been an IHG member for over Ten years, and I have stayed in over 30 hotels in many european cities Inc Berlin.
The room at this property was smaller than other properties I have stayed in.

They provided a relatively clean room, if somewhat small for the price.
Wi-Fi was difficult to connect to but eventually performed reasonably.
