What a pleasant stay! This hotel has a lot of little touches that make your stay great. I usually stay at Alexanderplatz when I come for Christmas markets, but due to points I had I decided to upgrade to a four star hotel in the Kudamm area. First, the room itself. I stayed for three nights and throughout this time, the hotel team were genuinely friendly and welcoming. They clearly enjoy their job and work together well. The hotel is well-located for both public transport and the major sights, with a pleasant outdoor space at the back. Facilities are good and feel modern. We stayed here for four nights as a city break in Berlin. The location worked very well for us. Trains from the BER airport stop at Zoologische Garten a short walk away. There are regular trains into the centre and a couple of u-bahn lines and another nearby at Uhlandstrasse not far away. The Hotel is ideally located in the Kudamm Berlin.
I am a Silver Ellete member and have been an IHG member for over Ten years, and I have stayed in over 30 hotels in many european cities Inc Berlin.
