The Hotel is ideally located in the Kudamm Berlin.
I am a Silver Ellete member and have been an IHG member for over Ten years, and I have stayed in over 30 hotels in many european cities Inc Berlin.
The room at this property was smaller than other properties I have stayed in.

They provided a relatively clean room, if somewhat small for the price.
Wi-Fi was difficult to connect to but eventually performed reasonably.
I rented a bike from the hotel the first morning I was there, which it turns out was very old, incredibly heavy and had faulty brakes, which caused me to crash whilst out riding. As a result of the accident, I dislocated my shoulder and broke my arm and had...

This hotel is perfectly acceptable but not a trip highlight. For a clean and reasonably priced stay you won't be sorry you chose it. The location is good, a five minute walk from the huge Zoological Gardens transit station, from which you can easily get to the airport or anywhere in Berlin. My wife and I stayed at Hotel Indigo Berlin for 4 nights in mid-April 2024. Very friendly service at the reception.
Our room was a bit small but comfortable and clean. Shower had good pressure. Bed was very comfortable. AC worked well.

The upside, the room was clean and some of the staff was friendly and helpful. The downside, the room was pretty small for the price but the thing that bothered us the most was the first impression we got.
