The hotel was spotlessly clean. Beautiful, comfortable rooms. The staff that we encountered were super friendly and helpful. We found the location ideal for travelling out to where we wanted to visit....

Great find for Berlin, a little far from sights

Big rooms, comfortable beds for 3. Only strange thing is a glass shower door. Free parking and rather helpful staff. Breakfast was substantial but nothing spectacular. Need some sweet endings!
No English Channels nor smart TV, which is a shame for this hotel.
Free parking is attractive. Though a bit far from sights, there are enough food places and shops nearby....

Good overall, but a few areas need attention. Some rooms require repairs, and I had a fire alarm incident during the night with no one answering the phone. The front desk was clearly understaffed, and I had to go down to reception myself at around 4:30 AM....

We spent a very enjoyable weekend break.....ideal location with all major attractions within 1 hour walk or a few minutes and underground...hotel staff very friendly...lovely room on 5th floor...good bar and enjoyable breakfast...
