The stay was good. What can be improved is the air conditioning, one room blows cold and the other hot, there is no change no matter how much the thermostat is changed. The worst thing for me in this hotel was that you can't open the windows, it's just criminal. It can always be made to open only the top and still be safe. My nasal lining will probably not heal for a month after 6 nights in this aquarium called an ap...

My wife & I are big supporters of the Riu hotels. Our stay at the Riu Plaza Berlin was absolutely fantastic. There was a feeling & atmosphere of 'special', that's not to say other hotels within the group lack the 'special' but this 'special' just seemed different. The staff are welcoming & friendly, always ready with a warm greeting. The lounge is spacious & comfortable. The breakfasts are tasty with a good selection...

We had a lovely time staying at the RIU Berlin. The rooms were great and the breakfast was delicious. We had to stay an extra night due to our flight being cancelled and Johann at reception was very helpful to us and organised everything for us. The only gripe I have is the lack of access to water in the room. Water can only be purchased at the hotel. The bar is small but nice and has lovely staff. I would reccommend...
