Huge fan of Riu, I recently stayed at the RIU Berlin and was not disappointed. As an agent for TUI uk I know the bad from the good, and I can honestly say RIU never fails to disappoint me and the RIU Berlin was no exception. We had a lovely time at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are tidy and modern, with a lovely bathroom, waterfall shower and heated bathroom floor. Even a modern flatscreen tv. We lay in each day due to tiredness before the holiday, when we went out we then removed the do not disturb sign, the cleaner came back and made the room after we had left.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel for our Christmas break to Berlin.
The hotel is spotless, very modern and all the staff are friendly and polite.
Our room was a junior suite on the 10th floor, the view was amazing and the room was gorgeous! Only downside is that the rainfall shower wasnt working very well, but we werent too bothered as there is another perfectly functional shower that I actually preferred!

Lovely room cleaned every day we stayed. There are plenty of options available at breakfast food was delicious and fresh. Helpful staff. Easy to get to from airport by public transport. We needed eu plugs for our phones we were able to rent them at reception for duration of stay and once returned money was returned. ...

What a hotel we found 10/10 rooms was great loads of space nice and clean heated floors in bathroom friendly staff. Great location central for everything the zoo was only 10/12 mins walk , 5 mins walk to the underground , 5/10 mins was to kaDeWe big shopping center and loads of other shops food parts would definitely recommend this hotel cant fault it would stay again 100%...
