I generally had a good stay. The room is big with decent amenities, and the service is good. However, I felt that both the rooms and the spa area didn't quite live up to the photos. The pool is very narrow (maybe 1m wide), so it's only enough for one person. The room was also more basic than I was expecting, given that it is billed as luxury. Nonetheless, I would recommend the hotel....

Such a beautiful hotel! From the moment we arrived, the whole experience felt luxurious and welcoming. After a sleepless night on a sleeper train (definitely not our best idea when we enjoy our luxury ), the team were so accommodating with our early check-in request, which we really appreciated.
The room was spotlessly clean and absolutely stunning, with a huge window and a gorgeous glass wall into the bathroom ...

The hotel is centrally located with 3 Ubahn stations within a short walk. The shops and Tiergarten are walking distance too.
Although on a busy road, the hotel was very quiet, the blackout blinds were superb and I slept very well. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and polite.

Glass walls to bathroom. Unacceptable.

There are glass walls to the bathrooms, with a very flimsy sliding door. This provides essentially zero privacy in the bathrooms while you are in there doing what you do in bathrooms.
This is totally unacceptable.
Shame as otherwise the hotel was nice. If you don't mind your partner/kids/family seeing, hearing, and smelling you take a dump basically right in front of their faces then this is the hotel for you....

This was my 3rd stay in Sana nothing had changed. The experience continues to be good....
