I highlighted to the receptionist that the room is small, and her reply. What do you expect? Its a boutique hotel. Can you beat that kind of reply. They had a baggage trolley but when we checked in NO ONE helped us with our 2 big luggages and 1 small luggage. Its seems like its a common practice. I accounted only 1 hotel that we stayed in Prague, the minute we step in a gentleman approached us to take our bags. M...

Lovely hotel, good location, great staff and very clean. Breakfast is good. Rooms are tiny but very functional and well designed.
We had a cocktail at happy hour, this was very disappointing just tasted of soda. I did raise with the lady but she said thats the measurements, my advice is not to bother. In a group of 4 we all had different ones and they were all poor....

I will start with the good points. Hotel is in a good location, is very clean and in good condition and staff were pleasant and helpful. But the rooms are small, we had a view of a brick wall and most of all the room was so hot which made it uncomfortable. We had to have the window open all the time despite it being 0 degrees outside. The aircon was not working and just blew hot air even though we were told every day...

We have just returned from a lovely stay at the aptly named "Charm Hotel". The staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The situation was ideal for catching trams, buses and seeing the sites and it was perfect for restaurants and shopping with the main street only minutes walk away. Great hotel right in the heart of the town. Clean and cozy. The staff is very polite and helpful. The room very clean, the breakfast vey good. In the end this hotel is worth staying to make your vacation even better....
