This charming hotel lived up to its name. It is ideally located to explore the city, but tucked away so it is quiet for sleep!
The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the little extras (coffee machine, slippers). Breakfast was a delight! Plenty of choice, hot and cold, readily replenished. A special mention should be made about the homemade yoghurt. The plain was absolutely delicious.

My friend and I really enjoyed the 4 nights we spent at the Charm Hotel. It was friendly and welcoming and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean and contained everything you could possibly need. The breakfasts were excellent and set us up for the day so we hardly had to spend anything on food until the evening. We had a truly wonderful experience during our stay at The Charm Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located, approximately a 20-minute walk to The Xmas Market and St. Stephen's Basilica, and a 10-15 minute walk to the Danube river cruises. This is a really nice place and its not too far from the main centre of the town. The rooms are very nice and comfortable the hotel is very quiet and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is all right and there is some choice of food. There aer lots off restaurants with in easy reach also there is. Aldi very near by which is very good....
