Fabulous city centre location, a spotlessly clean hotel and great breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room wasnt big but it was comfortable....

This charming hotel lived up to its name. It is ideally located to explore the city, but tucked away so it is quiet for sleep!
The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the little extras (coffee machine, slippers). Breakfast was a delight! Plenty of choice, hot and cold, readily replenished. A special mention should be made about the homemade yoghurt. The plain was absolutely delicious.

My friend and I really enjoyed the 4 nights we spent at the Charm Hotel. It was friendly and welcoming and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean and contained everything you could possibly need. The breakfasts were excellent and set us up for the day so we hardly had to spend anything on food until the evening.
