Me and my husband stayed here for three nights last week and absolutely loved it. The hotel is in a great location and it's so lovely to sit on the deck and look at the amazing views. Our room was small but very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with so much choice. On the last day we used the take away cups available and took a coffee up to the top deck, it was the perfect end to a fabulous short break. Th...

Great base to explore the city, Margaret island and the Buda hills areas.
Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
We had a superior cabin (front of ship) which was very spacious and clean.
Bed was very comfortable. No safe in our room but this wasn't an issue for us....

We have literally just checked out from a 4 night stay at Fortuna Boat Hotel. We stayed in room 234 which is one of the superior rooms with a large balcony overlooking the Danube, spectacular! The room itself is large and clean, room is a bit dated but for what you pay, you can't complain. Breakfast is ample but simple. It is about a 20/30 mins walk or more to the main attractions. Or a 10 mins walk to the transport...

What an amazing stay for a city break....I've never been a big city person so having a place that felt far removed but still central to all the hustle bustle to decompress after a busy day of walking and site seing was perfect for me....never have I been in a city so accommodating and easy to explore on local transport or walking........and you can tell how safe the city is by how common and comfortable women are jo...
