Really nice facility and overall experience! The hotel and breakfast were excellent. We even received a free room upgrade and access to the spa, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist. Everything was well organized and made our stay very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time and would gladly return....

We had a wonderful stay in Budapest from the 9th to the 12th January.
The hotel was modern and spotless everywhere.
The bed was the comfiest bed we've ever stayed in. The food at breakfast and in the Bistro was fabulous.
The staff were polite, professional and attentive. Benjamin who worked within the catering side of things made our stay, he was so thoughtful and went above and beyond to make us feel special.

Its chic and SLH, but room service/cleaning/issues left us disappointed

The Good: This is a chic SLH hotel and the staff are great as are the rooms. Its all a bit dark and stark, but that's the look they are going for and it does work well.
The Bad: What is a shocker here is room service. We stayed four nights and the mini bar/snacks were never topped up, dirty glasses and ice buckets left in the room for the stay etc, hanky box not replaced, just two hankies stuffed in the box each day...

Very clean hotel with great food, excellent concierge and front desk service, especially Ronald who made the stay even better. Worth the walk, not in the central area but still a good choice...
