Great location (just a short walk to metro station). Room was spacious, modern and very clean. Breakfast was fantastic (as was the Christmas Eve meal) - so much choice. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and professional. We organised our river cruise through the staff at reception and I would highly recommend doing this as there are so many different options online.

The hotel is gorgeous, so clean and the staff very welcoming. They went above and beyond to help me create special memories with my partner for his birthday. First time doing a city break and this hotel was amazing! It was clean and staff was lovely and really helpful! The rooms are very spacious and modern everything you need!
We stayed bed and breakfast and its only a small buffet but it had all the essentials and variety you needed!
The location is brillant!
Would highly recommend this hotel! We will be back soon!...

Me and my husband came here on Boxing Day for a city break for the festive period and really enjoyed our stay!
Upon check-in we were greeted by a friendly, helpful and polite gentleman at the reception desk. He explained everything fully and couldnt have been more helpful if he had tried.
