My friends and I just returned from a marvellous stay at this hotel. Roland on reception was very helpful and had great English. He gave great directions and advice and the reception area was a light and gorgeous place to hang out. My daughter and I needed a room as an emergency because our apartment renovation wasn't ready for us to move in. And thankfully, they had a room available for us for 4 days. It's a beautiful hotel. Excellent location. You're right near Vorosmarty ter, Vaci utca, and the Danube. The rooms are clean, the customer service is good, and their beds are comfortable. Absolutely gorgeous hotel.
Fantastic location, 2 minutes from the Danube,2 minutes from the shopping area and most importantly, 1 minute to the Christmas markets .
Beautiful reception area , friendly easy check in .
Our twin room was in the 1 st floor.
It was kept clean and tidy every day .

This 4 Star hotel exceeded our expectations on every level. The front of house staff, restaurant staff & waiters all speak very good English and are welcoming & friendly.
