Hotel is about a 15minute walk from the central railway station, is modern rather than traditional, is well staffed and looked after and our room was large with everything expected there and working. So all good really. The (small) negatives were being locked out our room on the day of departure as the key card was - we were told at reception - designed to switch off at 12 noon / check-out time (though we were back...

This is a nice hotel in a decent location and Id certainly stay again. The welcome at reception was friendly and checking in was competed quickly. A lot of the corridors and communal areas feel more like an art gallery, but that adds a unique vibe. The room was a good size and comfortable for a three night stay.

We came all the way from Bali to celebrate my birthday with friends.
We stayed in a junior suite and it was just perfect.
The service we received from the hotel staff was incredible, breakfast, room service, and specially after party drinks at Harrys NY bar was really fun for all of us.
We had to check out early in the morning to catch a flight from Düsseldorf to Barcelona, check out was easy and prompt.

Recently had a nice stay here on a city break. Had a great room overlooking the Rhein it was clean spacious. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good great selection with gluten free options available....

This hotel is in a great location for visiting Cologne. Our room was spacious and bathroom had separate shower and bath. Furniture is a little dated but tasteful. Breakfast was good. The hotel showed pool photos when booking but be mindful this is an additional 18/day....
