We came all the way from Bali to celebrate my birthday with friends.
We stayed in a junior suite and it was just perfect.
The service we received from the hotel staff was incredible, breakfast, room service, and specially after party drinks at Harrys NY bar was really fun for all of us.
We had to check out early in the morning to catch a flight from Düsseldorf to Barcelona, check out was easy and prompt.

Recently had a nice stay here on a city break. Had a great room overlooking the Rhein it was clean spacious. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good great selection with gluten free options available....

This hotel is in a great location for visiting Cologne. Our room was spacious and bathroom had separate shower and bath. Furniture is a little dated but tasteful. Breakfast was good. The hotel showed pool photos when booking but be mindful this is an additional 18/day....

We stayed here for 4 nights and I liked the central hotel. The breakfast was extremely good, but the prices did not align with a 4 star hotel. I couldn't understand why prices for breakfast was 32pp when in London and Amsterdam it's around 30pp. Cologne as a city is nowhere close to London or Amsterdam but the prices are crazy. This was evident not only at this hotel, but everywhere we travelled.

Very good hotel close to the Dom and Christmas Markets. Large room, staff friendly, room service only each two days. Breakfast very good. Lifts (3) very busy, difficult to use. Bed very confortable. I recommend....
