I have mixed feelings about this hotel, with an average room rate of 360 a night, it didnt represent value for money, check-in was unnecessarily protracted, and when busy everyone was waiting along a pinch point between seating and the lifts.

A nice hotel, clean and modern. The bar area is a nice place to sit and relax and have a drink in the evening. The staff were always very helpful. Just lacked a couple of things that would make it excellent. For example no tea/coffee facilities in the room and breakfast. Breakfast was good but just a little limited. Overall a good hotel and I would stay there again....

Stayed for 3 nights , room is different with the sink being in the bedroom , room could have been cleaner , hotel is in a good location , we had breakfast each day however a limited choice which did not change, the fresh coffee however was very good , the hotel bar/breakfast area is very dark , staff were very approachable,...

What a fantastic hotel! Every member of staff treated us like rock royalty! We even got to take an electric guitar into our rooms to plug into the in room amps what a nice touch! We were offered free drinks at the bar for skipping a room clean (environmentally friendly). The cocktails were delicious. I had the watermelon crush and went for seconds! Very stylish, great service, Eline and Tim particularly were very helpful. Breakfast was good, decent coffee too. My only thing would be the rooms are not particularly made to relax in and the shared tea and coffee room didn't work for me. Add a nespresso or similar and it's a 5....
