Wonderful classic Hotel with great service - privately owned, I guess this makes the big difference! Everything is top: rooms are big and modern, I had a great view: Room Service perfect, Food self-made and very delicious. Next time I will stay there again - just 15 min walk to the city of Hamburg...

A very rare oasis of tasteful luxury and respectful genuine service! Not the most central (though still walking distance to the centre) or the most up to date luxury or the most cutting edge modernity offered in the newest chain hotels but a large and extremely well preserved privately owned echo of the luxury hotels of the 80s and 90s.
