The hotel is excellent, and my experience was truly outstanding. The staff is amazing, offering a level of service worthy of five stars. Both the rooms and the public areas are extremely comfortable, giving me the feeling of staying in a grand European hotel....

We had a couple of fantastic days in Hamburg, staying at the Grand Elysée. It was a very positive experience to stay here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming in a natural way. We were met with kindness and smiles throughout. We can highly recommend this hotel....
