The room is ok, was clean. Although i turned off the aircon, nothing changed and it was quite cold all night. The gym is a joke, even they dont have a treadmill. Just some dumbbells and not too effective machines. Didnt try the breakfast, no opinion....

Another excellent stay at a Holiday Inn hotel. Beautiful hotel. Nice clean rooms. Great staff. One U Bhan stop away from the Hauptbahnhof central train station. Great staff....

Stayed here for one night before a flight. Clean, quiet and modern hotel. Rested very well-nice bed and big shower. Loved the shower gel, lotion etc. Had such a quiet room. Aldi is within walking distance. Did not take breakfast. Excellent gym. Only downside is construction everywhere around so extremely difficult getting there by walk after coming by public transport to Berliner Tor....

Nice and quiet hotel. Lively rooms with kettle and coffee/tea and great shower even with body lotion. Breakfast was outstanding and wifi was strong. The sustainability policy of the hotel means that rooms will only be serviced from second day onwards. It was not until 18:00 on my second day before someone knocked on my door to ask if my room needed cleaning . As I was leaving the next day at 6:30 I just gave him a se...

This hotel was a great pick for my three kids and I on our wintertime visit to Hamburg. We got two connecting rooms with a king size bed in each. The rooms had lots of space, and a fridge in both to hold our variety of leftovers that come from kids ordering meals at restaurants.
