This is an excellent hotel. The room was functional, spacious and quiet. Everything worked well. The staff are competent, friendly and helpful ,and the breakfasts are outstanding. We would certainly stay there again. The superb Hamburg public transport is accessible from just outside the hotel....

Good location and comfortable hotel, chain hotel but good value

Modern, friendly hotel, great location to explore the Hamburg HafenCity and close to the large new Westfield Mall. Its a chain hotel and the room are functional, the breakfast decent. Its not a design or cozy hotel but its decent value, with fast internet, a gym, nice TV, room service....

Excellent location, super modern and clean hotel. Really helpful and kind staff. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of different foods to choose. Pet friendly and parking available at the hotel....

Very good location of the hotel within walking distance of Miniatur Wunderland and the Maritime Museum. Also there is a U4 underground station next to the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice, modern, and well-maintained. The room was clean and comfortable, with a super comfortable bed. With the windows closed, there was no noise from the street. I used one of my suite upgrades upgrade to a suite here. I'm an IHG Platinum member and received the standard benefits. The location is a bit outside the main center area but is only a 15min train ride away. There is a station just outside the hotel. Note they stop running after a certain hour. The hotel feels quite modern though the furniture in the room looks old. Maybe that is the look they are going for. T...
