Amazing staff, delicious brakefast, cozy and quiet rooms, super comfortable bed. Reccomend if you are in Hamburg for messe as it's just 5 min walk from the fairgrounds....

My wife and I stayed here for four nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we booked, the hotel were very responsive to any question we asked them.
When we arrived, we asked for a room in a quiet part of the hotel on a high floor. We were given the perfect room! Room 605. We were at the back of the hotel with a pleasant view towards the city.

We stayed at NH Hamburg Mitte for one night and had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Luna at the reception desk and during our checkout, Celia was very helpful with all our queries both were incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help.
