So many good points but the noise was too much

First the minus points:
Wed booked two superior rooms so assumed they would be nice quiet rooms. Went in the rooms and they were nice and big (although one seemed to be missing a chair? But the first thing we noticed was the noise from the traffic. We assumed the cleaner had left the window open so we went to close it, only to find it wasnt open. Amazing staff, delicious brakefast, cozy and quiet rooms, super comfortable bed. Reccomend if you are in Hamburg for messe as it's just 5 min walk from the fairgrounds....

My wife and I stayed here for four nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we booked, the hotel were very responsive to any question we asked them.
When we arrived, we asked for a room in a quiet part of the hotel on a high floor. We were given the perfect room! Room 605. We were at the back of the hotel with a pleasant view towards the city.
