Nicely located: 10 mins from Jungfernstieg / Binnenalster, 15 Mins to the Landungsbrücken, Michel, St. Pauli. Friendly & helpful staff (reception desk, breakfast, cleaning). The room was very nice: cleanliness was overall fine, bathroom spacious, mattrasses allowed for a comfortable night, heating / AC worked well. Bright with a small desk and two little seats. Stayed in the Hotel in November , Everything is exceptional except for the fact that due to sustainability reasons they dont have a AC system in room which at times is a little difficult to manage the temperature inside the room , but they do have a Air ventilation System which does the job as well.
So its not a major concern :)...

Parking in their underground parking garage is way too expensive if you consider that you are a best friend member, you have had a lot of nights at Scandic and spent a lot of money on it, so it should be free if you are a best friend member....

Perfect location and rooms clean with confi beds. Had access to "the living room"
Its a nice feature but a bit to small. We stayed 4 nitghts and same assortment every time. The overall feeling of the hotel is modern and clean. Breakfast is good but the hotel lacks a restaurant for lunch and dinner....
