The room was modern, clean, and well sized. The bathroom was also spacious, with a very large walk-in shower and heated floors. The room was well designed with plenty of storage spaces for bags and gear. The fitness center was well equipped with both cardio equipment and free weights. It would have been nice if they had more than one treadmill though. The one main drawback to this hotel is that there is no restaurant...

We love Scandic hotels! We stayed at one in Stockholm and find them unbeatable for value. This hotel in Hamburg Neustadt was fab location. Close to city centre. Also in a quiet neighbourhood. Ubers available nearby and always arrived within minutes. Close walk to U-Bahn stations. Lots of amenities nearby. Staff are super friendly and cheerful. Great location, rich and tasty breakfast, and very clean throughout. The gym is small but perfectly adequate. Technically, everything worked without any issues. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. Overall, a very pleasant stay....

Had a family room which was nice and big with good beds. The bathroom was not that big but big shower. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choices but the bread is a little dry and doesn't seems fresh baked. Easy to go to the city center and very close to U-Bahn. ...
