A hotel that cares about animals

The staff was very helpful, especially Lloyd, who is in charge of guest relation. I informed him about a cat at the hotel that was in terrible condition and had no nose!!!. Lloyd contacted the hotel's veterinarian, brought a cage, and personally caught the cat to take it to the vet. Many thanks to Lloyd and the hotel. You dont often find such care, especially when it comes to animals....

Couldn't relax throughout my stay

A dated hotel, the food looks delicious but it's not, has some really old and dirty fish tanks in the restaurant area, big rooms but with poor utilities that make them uncomfortable, not dirty but not clean either, the a/c makes a disturbing noise, the bathroom smells weird...

We had a lovely 7 night holiday in the Atlantica Miramare Beach hotel and would not hesitate to recommend. We had a standard land view room which was more than adequate in the main block room 538. Room and all areas of the hotel are spottlessly clean. Breakfast was always fresh with a great selection and we had a couple of bar snacks which were of a high standard. Spent 5 nights her with a friend. We had a room in the building beside the main building. The room was ok, a bit old fashioned and that goes for the bathroom too. ( going through the pictures on the site, our room wasnt like the ones posted) The bed was comfortable and clean. This hotel needs a major upgrade in terms of general appearance and attitude of staff. The rooms were of a decent size however the aircon was switched off and the room safes didn't work unless one had a key. The lifts seem to have a mind of their own and there were too few in number.
