Lovely friendly little hotel right in the heart of the resort. Perfect for exploring, or relaxing. If you fancy a day sobbing around a pool there is a cheap shuttle bus to one of the sister hotels, The Blue Dream, where the welcome is equally as friendly. Breakfast was plentiful, staff helpful and hotel was very clean. Great choice of local bars, restaurants and cocktail bars. Ana and staff were superb.

Checked in OK. Had to pay a very small hotel tax which was OK by us. Was owed some change and were told we would get it back later. We never got it back. It wasn't much but that's not the point. Never asked about it as it had clearly been forgotten about and we thought it may have been returned at the end of our stay. No biggie.....just mentioned it, that's all. The hotel is situated in a good area. Bars, restaurants and shops right next to it. Our room was small but not as small as we were expecting after reading reviews. The room and bathroom were big enough for us. The shower was a bit stressful as the water would not come out freely so there was one side of it where water would come out in a large amount so i never enjoyed the shower that much. Other people have mentioned the side bits of wood on the bed which were easy to walk into and could be painful. A previous reviewer wrote that you would only do this once. We did it about 3 times each so.....ouch! We liked this hotel and the staff and the location but we differ from most previous reviewers as we found the bed really uncomfortable. Our backs were hurting a lot. I even tried sleeping sitting on the chair on the balcony a couple of times and also tried the floor. There was a sofa out on the landing and I was tempted to sleep on that but that would have been a little weird. Oh..I mentioned the balcony. It was very small and we were enclosed in the building although from one of the chairs there was a slight beach/sea view and it was fine. Was still nice to sit out there. As a bird lover, I enjoyed watching the swallows attend to their nest. The staff..........yes, they were all friendly and kind. The two girls who clean the rooms and are there at breakfast are very polite and professional. Nothing to watch on the TV. Shampoo & shower gel were not refilled and you would get one coffee in the room. They did have a hair dryer which wasn't mentioned on the site which should have been on the site as it would have saved us from bringing one. It says on the hotel website that they have soundproofed rooms. Well, ours certainly wasn't with it's thin wooden door. Other rooms I saw had the same doors but I never saw all of the rooms so maybe some are soundproofed. Breakfast......... was alright. I had toast n jam n tea or coffee but there was fruit , meat, hot food but not much but it was fine. It's a small hotel and the breakfast reflects this. They do a pretty good job of it. The dipping pool...... we went up to look at it and decided not to use it due to the ridiculous opening times. One day it would have been nice to have sunbathed on the roof top terrace and dip in the pool now and again knowing we have shops n eateries close to us with the added comfort of going to our room for anything we needed and the toilet. But we didn't like breaking up the day too much and having to adhere to opening/closing times which were pretty strange. To the left of the hotel was the abandoned building on the hill which was on the way to a nice beach . To the right was the resort with many shops and restaurants. We carried on up the beach for miles and found a few other places where we spent the odd day. If you walk far enough you eventually have to walk up to the road but if you carry on from there for another mile you come to the beach which houses this hotels sister hotel and very nice it is too. Of course, the hotel does a shuttle if you want to do that but we are walkers and like to see and take photos of sights along the way. We used a few restaurants near to the sister hotel and they were really good. We would not return because the beds didn't suit us but most others on here seem to like them so don't be put off. That's the only reason we would not return. Room had air con, a safe and a fridge. Nearby beach. Friendly staff, nice clean hotel, great location.

Great little hotel, very clean, comfy and authentically Greek which I love having travelled round Greece from my 20’s. This little hotel has lovely natural decor and nice little touches like coffee machines in the rooms and clothes lines on balconies. Ana the host such a dear, can’t do enough for you and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Particularly as I was travelling alone, would recommend the Greek night on a Wednesday making it social to get to know other people in the hotel. Breakfasts great. All you need from Greek yogurt to eggs sausages etc. Very central location. Maybe a bit noisier in July August but if you want to stay up till early hours drinking cocktails by the beach it’s a central location

Lovely hotel, small but couldn't fault it. The rooms are compact, but adequate and clean. Ours had a great view over the town. Anna and her husband are just delightful! Nothing was too much trouble for them - although we didn't have a reason to complain. This hotel deserves more than the two stars it gets on the Tui website. In fact, we have stayed at 4 star hotels which aren't a patch on this one! There are plenty of places to eat in Linemaria so the fact that it's only B&B is fine! Breakfasts are sufficient but don't expect all you can eat for 3 euros. We will definitely visit again!
