    Hotel is very beautiful and rooms look good but in 5 days the cleaning was done just once and we remained without toillet paper and towels wich is pretty bad for a 4 star hotel.Food ok but not many choices.

    Came here in the summer for a 2 week long holiday. Booked a double room half board and the food was great, the bar had a great variety of drinks and cocktails. The resort looked beautiful. I didn’t get a chance to use the spa facilities but by the looks of the leaflet, it looked like there was a lot on offer!! One waitress stood out in particular (I wish I could remember her name! ☹️ ) she served us every day, always had a little conversation with us and helped tell us good things to do around the island, she was a star. The private beach was amazing. This place is definitely worth the money I will 100% be coming back in the near future.

    I had an upgrade to a pool room - 206. Lovely room, spotlessly clean. Customer service throughout the hotel was superb, staff were friendly and efficient. In particular the Spa Manager and her team were absolutely great and also the lady working the roof top bar - good cocktails!!

    Beautiful setting. The layout of the hotel makes most of the views of the ocean and the amazing sunset. The views where amazing. All the staff where friendly and helpful and always happy to help. Every part of the hotel is very clean. Entertainment on most nights and always good Negative comments are the food wasn't Greek enough. the hotel catered more for the Eastern European's more than the English. Sometimes struggled to get a drink when it got busier in the evening, I would defiantly recommend this hotel and would go back in the future.

    We went on a package deal with Tui and the organisation was excellent throughout the entire stay. Travel both ways was extremely well organised with seamless transfers to and from the hotel. The hotel itself was fantastic, so much choice for eating and drinking. The rooms were large and clean and the staff in every part of the hotel were polite and very professional. The food in the restuarant had something for everybody. My wife loves salads and I do not think she had the same meal twice during our stay ... so much variety. It was the same for the hot food with an extensive range of meat, fish and options for vegetarians. We stayed half board and a bottle of good wine (red or white) was around 12 euro with the option to take it back into the restaurant the next night (not that I availed of that option) Food, drinks and service in the pool side bars and on the beach was excellent ... laying on the sunloungers ... press the call button and your drinks are delivered to you. My wife had one of the treatments in the spa and said it was the best ever The room standards were extremely high and the bed was very comfortable I would struggle to find a negative about any part of the holiday ... although the 'breakfast bag' on leaving early in the morning was interesting ... a cold boiled egg ... three slices of bread and a small portion of butter and jam ... but in truth even that raised a smile I went on this holiday wanting to relax .. I did ... totally ... thank you to every member of staff at Alexandra Beach who made this holiday special for both of us
