The SuneoClub Niriides Beach Apartments are right across the road from the seafront.

This place doubled in size and joined the SuneoClub ranks in 2019. It also got an extra split-level pool, a kids' play area, an outdoor stage and a gym. A bunch of new rooms were added, too, with stylish decor and 32-inch TVs.

Swapping sunloungers for sand will take 10 minutes, tops – the hotel's a short stroll from a couple of peaceful strips of beach. Days out to the island's lively capital, Kos Town, are a doddle, too – it's only five minutes' drive away.

Well what can I say we arrived late at night and the porter who was on the desk went and got us some drinks, he also gave us some sandwiches. We can only say a big thank you they were very welcome, we were given a ground floor room in the third block it was very spacious and clean no complaints we'd read reviews about the new rooms we were opposite and I don't see what the problem was our room was great we over looked the old pool and the church. The bar what can I say thank you Donna you were great, the bar staff were the best Food there was always something to eat, kids corner was a big success Abbey and Freya were great they took the time to get to know everyone and they involved everyone in the games throughout the day the children loved them they never stopped, they were absolutely worth their weight in gold they made everyone's holiday special. A great crowd was at the hotel when we were there most of the people were very friendly You could walk outside the hotel and there were restaurants along the beach, we tried a couple the best was the Nestores we really enjoyed it Well one complaint the seats at the bar and at the entertainment area were very uncomfortable if there were comfortable seats it would have been five stars from me!!! would I go back a big fat yes from me!!! but I would pack some seat pads for the chairs
    What a fab place

Just returned after a weeks all inclusive. Was the last week of the season so everywhere was on wind down. This place is ideally situated and it’s a nice walk down into Kos town. The resort and rooms are spotless. We stayed in one of the new apartments which are spacious and nicely decorated. Maids came in everyday and and done a thorough clean. Staff where nice and friendly especially Donna and George at the bar. Restaurant had a good choice of food and it was always fresh and hot. I believe this resort has only been all inclusive for a short time and there’s always room for improvement and my recommendations would be Pool towels, a better choice of fresh fruit at breakfast, better choice of snacks, better food on arrival instead of a sandwich in cling film being handed to you at check in. All in all though it was a really great place to holiday and definetly worth another visit.

This is the second time we have stayed here. First time was self catering which was ideal. They have now gone all inclusive. We had a suite, which was 2 rooms knocked into one with 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies etc which was a bit strange but gave us more room. The hotel is so ideally situated for us, as we liked to cycle into Kos at night and up the coast to find a nice beach. The food is good (not fantastic), the staff are great and really friendly and helpful. Being all inclusive and for the price we would have stayed here again next year but the all inclusive drinks are a joke. They are so weak and get served in plastic glasses that look dirty (even though they aren't) and they all smell of ouzo. Its a great shame as we will be looking for an alternative venue next year when we holiday in lovely Kos. Its a shame the drinks let you down.

We booked here last minute due to the unfortunate Thomas Cook issue and had a great holiday. On arrival 2:30 am we received a sandwich each, shown where the 24 hour self serve cold and hot drinks were and were directed to our room, we were in the new block on the ground floor right next to the pool, much to my delight. The food was good with a choice of veggie, meat and fish at both lunch and dinner. Breakfast was very much the same everyday, but with a great selection; scrambled eggs, fried eggs, omelette, boiled eggs, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms, and continental too. Waffles and pancakes on alternate days. The desserts were just too tempting and I had to have it at both lunch and dinner times. The staff work very hard and are friendly. Our room was spotless, cleaned everyday, bedding changed every 3 days and clean towels everyday. We had a fridge and hairdryer in the room, a kettle is available on request. The grounds are kept well. The pool area is hosed and cleaned every evening. The pools are freezing though, but it did not stop me from getting in. The bar area could do with modernisation and given a bit more of a personality, but the bar staff make up for the lack of it. Donna is a gem and looks after the guests well, it was great to chat with her and get hints and tips from her. The cocktails leave a lot to be desired, I tried one or two, but they were awful. I just stuck to beer, vodka and coke, had a couple of ouzo’s too. Beach, Is across the road and through a gate but not sure that it can be classed as such, it is far too rocky to go into the ocean safely without risking injury and if you attempt it, I did once, it’s not deep at all, I went out about 30 meters and it did not get much more than waist deep. There are sun loungers, a shower and a dilapidated shelter, but I cannot help but think that the beach is an after thought. Entertainment; there is a weekly schedule of daily/evening activities available at reception. The daily activities seemed to be okay, we did not take part, but saw some of the activities taking place. Evening entertainment was hit and miss but found some nights very quiet and other nights entertainment was a bit loud, we wanted an early night but could not block out the loud music. The entertainment is usually over by 10 - 10:30pm. All in all a good hotel, with great staff who work hard to provide a great service to their guests.

We stayed in a lovely room with pool right outside our door, we had our own sunbeds as well as a table and chairs. The whole place was very clean, the food was great with a lot of selection. Donna behind the bar was absolutely great, she had a wealth of information of where to get anything, she was funny and just a great all round person.
