Psalidi holidays sort your days and nights – you can start off on the laidback beach, then end the evening in Kos' buzzy capital.

Two-pronged town

Psalidi has set up camp a few miles east of Kos Town, the island’s capital. This seaside sibling sings to a totally different tune – all eyes are on the big, strapping beach. But it means you can easily mix up snoozing by the sea and nights on the town.

Sleepy coast

Psalidi Beach is one long strip of shingle and pebbles, backed by grassy patches and a handy prom. Things are plain ‘n' simple here. There’s a good choice of watersports. Or you can retreat into one of the shell-shaped sunbeds with a good book. If the sea doesn’t cut the mustard, you’ve also got the hot springs of Therma Beach – a 20-minute bus ride away.

Getting out and about

If we had to sum up package holidays in these parts, it’d be easy-going. But, if you do want to peel yourself away from the beach, there’s a diving centre, a nightclub and a minigolf course. Night owls are best to fly the nest to Kos Town, though. Here, you can hop between loads of bars and clubs.
