    The California Garden Hotel is a holiday spot close to sandy beaches, Plaza Europa and Salou's busy nightlife scene.

    There are two swimming pools surrounded by sunbeds and parasols here, and there are daytime activities and a playground, too. All meals are served at the buffet restaurant, while drinks can be found at the pool and lounge bars*. All rooms come with a balcony each.

    This hotel's around eight minutes on foot from Levante Beach – a popular haven of white sand. About five minutes' walk brings guests to PortAventura's shopping, dining and drinking options.

    While you're away, you can speak to us anytime - we're available 24/7 via the TUI App, phone, SMS and email. The easy-to-use TUI App is also packed with info and tips. It sends you important updates, like your airport transfer times, too.
    Just so you know, this hotel does not accept stag or hen parties. Due to health and safety reasons, mobility scooters aren't allowed in the hotel. You might be able to park and charge your mobility scooter outside the hotel though. If you have a Blue Badge, we'd recommend you take it on holiday with you. Manual and electric wheelchairs are fine to use inside and out.

    This hotel is out of Salou it takes about 20 min to walkin to centre all on the flat hotel great food good selection breakfast you can have cook meal staff friendly in dinning room very clean all over nice swimming pool

    An ok hotel if you want a cheap week away. Excellent location, near the shops and 10 min walk from the beach. Rooms are small but clean and basic, unfortunately the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbours talking, walking e.t.c. Food is nice and well cooked but there is not much variety, is the same every night and there is not much choice. There are plenty of tea/coffee machines for breakfast but they are always breaking down so there is normally a long queue to get drinks as there are also slow. There are not many waitresses so used plates don't get collected quickly but there are places where you can take them to. There are plenty of sun beds around the pool and you get the sun for most of the day but there is a dj on all day and the music is very loud for such a small space, so if you want to relax and read or listen to your own music you can't. Reception staff are helpful and will give you info on the surrounding area or what's good to visit/do.

    ngl never been there see ye in april laaads pints on me pints on me I went for a 11night hoilday with a friend.would not returned to this hotel. Rooms need up dating and was not welcoming was not clean well...

    I went for a 11night hoilday with a friend.would not returned to this hotel. Rooms need up dating and was not welcoming was not clean well at all. bar staff were Friendly .food was very basic not much choice for children. very rude when entering keep saying we could not take bags in l nerver come cross this in my life when on hoilday. Entrainment was rubbish. But guys who did day time Entranment were so lovely .

    After booking with Jet 2.com we were a bit apprehensive due to the very mixed reviews prior to our departure. On arrival we got checked in and asked to head off out of the main hotel to the other building which wasn't far. We checked in with the receptionist and had a room on the second floor overlooking the pool. The room had adequate storage and a decent bathroom. The balcony wasn't huge but okay. Luckily the nightclub season seemed to be over and there was no noise which Would have been a problem in the season as it is very close by. There are two pools and toddler areas. The sunbeds were plentiful and the outside bar was open some days. Animation staff were around to entertain people. The hotel is multi national and therefore caters for all. Food was all edible warm and plentiful but not always for British taste. Pasta with sauces salads and chips always available. Breakfasts were excellent for choice. The downside of the hotel for us was the entertainment. We had artistes visiting for shows three times in 11 days they were all excellent but otherwise there was nothing to do. The hotel was ideally situated for getting out and about. We would visit again but not in high season.
