    Clean hotel. Large variety of foods. Pools were all very cold but flames were great. Staff seemed nice except upon arrival but was early hours of morning so probably through being tired. Very good when one of the children in our party was sick, they came to the room and cleaned and changed towels to ensure it wasnt spread if it was a bug (we think it was heat stroke). Entertainment wasn't great, they seemed to try but after about 9/10 there was nothing to do in the hotel and was a bit repetitive in the 1 week we were there. DO NOT USE THE SPA! My mum, 15yr old sister and myself went for the full package as a birthday treat, it was like being in a scene from the film Taken. There were creepy old men hanging around outside the massage rooms when we came out of the sauna to go for a massage, they split us up so I was on my own in one room and my mum and sister were in another. I couldn't relax as these men were outside. Half way through the massage the treatment room door opens and in walks the spa manager with a woman RECORDING on her mobile phone. When I came out they had done the same to my mum and sister. Mum screamed and shouted at them to get out! Woman left the hotel but eventually came back and showed video with them on and deleted it. We were told I was on the same video. Who knows if it was actually deleted or had been sent elsewhere! (I've not given full horrific details about spa experience on this review.) TUI rep was a waste of space and TUI were unprepared to assist when we got back, their response was we should have rang the police out there. Hotel apparently told rep they would deal with this serious matter but appears the spa are still trading there.

    Had a great week staying at the Laguna Park Hotel. The hotel and pool area was very clean. Rooms cleaned every day. The food was ok, Im fussy but had something different every night. Very close to the beach, the strip and shopping areas. I would recommend thhis hotel.

    Just returned from Laguna Park, 10 day stay, not sure how to go about this review. Check in no problem, room was ideal and very spacious with great view over pools. Maids cleaned and changed everything with no issues at all. Food is ok, but get fed up of the same things over and over again, but when we ate out the food was not pipping hot and items mixed off orders, so eating in is probably slightly better. My main gripes are the lady in the currency change office who couldn't count, speak English or talk above a whisper (do not even ask her to change Lev back to English, she says yes then refuses). The hotel has a lady (often in a fuscia coloured outfit) sat behind reception (manager maybe). I approached her to ask for information on the safe and some tags for the door (do not disturb), she very rudely said "I need to see reception and she cannot resolve these kind of issues". Reception resolved in minutes then the lady then approached me with a big beaming smile to say "she can help with any issues at the hotel and am I happy with everything". Bizarre attitude, word of warning, pool water is a similar temperature to the North Atlantic at 3am during winter.

    Travelling as a couple, going to a family hotel, the staff were very caring and welcoming, they made our stay enjoyable by keeping the hotel really clean. The reception staff including customer service were always ready to help if directions are needed. The animation team work very hard for adults and children alike, there are 2 Adult pools and slides, pools and pirate ship for the children who were really good, laughing and enjoying themselves. The team provided shows in the evening which gave everyone a laugh and a good feeling. Food in the restaurant was really appetising and varied on a 14 day turnaround, something for everyone. Our room was lovely, spotless, complete with a good bathroom and balcony.

    Great Hotel very clean staff very good we were a party of 12 and at our request gave us rooms close together the pool is a must for kids food good nice and fresh and the snack bar is well worth a visit rooms nice and spacious close to Sunny Beach shopping area overall a great place to stay.
