Melia Sunny Beach

The stuff of the hotel was perfect and optimistic even through the facemasks. The hygiene was really good and well maintained. The food was also really great and the cousine was different each day. I would like to give a big thanks to the animation team (Victor, Stan, Dani, Vasi, Monika), their show and program made our vacation 1000x times better. I have never experienced such a great show and friendly behaviour from animation team ever, thanks again for the great unforgetable memories - we wished to stay longer to see more of your program. I appreciate the hard work of the whole staff for the big effort to make the vacation experience so pleasurable and being so optimistic in the process.

We just returned from a one-week-holiday with our family and friends. We arrived earlier than the check-in hour, but we received our bracelets and given the rooms as soon as they were ready. We really appreciated this because we were with our children. The rooms were big, very clean and beds and pillows very comfortable. The food was very very tasty. This year was served by the staff, which resulted in crowds of people waiting in line to be served and most of them didn't wear masks. If you wanted to take food for your family as well, some of the staff would roll their eyes at you or refuse to serve you. For example I wanted 4 tacos for my family and they didn't want to put them on the same plate, they gave me 4 plates which were very hard to take to the table. On the other side, Nedislav from burger station was amazing, such a lovely guy, he would joke with you and make incredibile tasty burgers and hotdogs. No baby food, this is a big big downside. I travelled with my 6-month old baby and couldn't offer him anything. Beach is not very far, but not too close either, especially with kids. They say it's a private beach, but actually it's a private sector on a public beach, second part of the beach with no sunbeds close to the sea, but it was okay, it didn't bother was. Tables by the sunbeds would be great and also trash cans at every sunbed. They have a beach bar with ice-cream, beverages and sandwiches, but no coffee. Pools are very clean, water a bit cold. Amazing animation team, I don't think I've ever met a better animation team both for kids and adults. Vasi, Monica, Dani, Victor and Stan were absolutely great, really dedicated, always smiling, we loved them. All in all it was a great holiday, great value for money, we will come back for sure. Thank you!

Just returned from a week spend in this location. Nice rooms with good size, very clean and towels changed in time. For us the quality of beds was poor and during nights is cold. Due to covid crisis we gave been served by their staff and even with all inuclusive package every day one of us remained hungry. The private beach is 10 minutes walk and is situated on the second part of the beach so no change to stay and enjoy sea. Hotel is designed for families so no change for a lazy evening by the pool. We wanted to stay one extra night one price was comunicated on Monday...one price on Thursday... We made the reservation with the travel agency from RO and we received half of the price from reception. Unfortunatly nobody was paying attention to rules in place. Overall was good but ....not excellent!
