We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Tallinn. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful they gladly agreed to switch our breakfast time, and even though we hadnt checked in yet, they allowed us to have breakfast and comfortably wait on the sofa near the reception We were also informed that our roo...

Good location, we walked everywhere from the hotel. Staff were generally friendly, with only one exception.
We had a superior room, plenty of space, including a living room type area and spa bath. Rooms nice and clean.
Breakfast fine, plenty of choice.
Downsides though are there is no hotel bar, not a massive issue, but does mean you need to bear this in mind if you want a nightcap as no bars right near to the hot...

We stayed here for 3 nights before Christmas. Check in was quick as we arrived about 19.20 pm our room was excellent large enough for the 3 of us. Room was very clean the bathroom was large we had a little fridge in our room so we could keep some drinks cold. The breakfast was very nice lots of choices we loved our stay here. Stayed a couple of nights at the end of a Baltics tour.
The hotel is situated on a busy main road, but as its set behind a small car park park, even the rooms on the front are quiet.
If you want house keeping you have to request it the night before. About 20 mins walk from the old town and about 15 mins walk from the shopping centre at Kristina. There is a pizza place in the sister hotel couple doors down.

Nice hotel with good sized rooms if you select the deluxe option. About a 12 min walk to the old town, or catch a bus. Perhaps. better than being too close.
Check in process. needs looking at as it's slow. and could be streamlined, be prepared for a wait.
An excellent choice at breakfast and all the people were nice and helpful.
