I've stayed for a single night at the hotel, and made the check-in during the night shift, around eleven in the evening, arriving to my room I realised I left the book I was reading at the check-in counter when signing, I contacted the desk that confirmed the book was there and I asked if they could hold unto it until the morning for me since I was already getting in bed. Please avoid! They messed up the reservation on purpose to get a higher price.

I booked the hotel a year ago for 4 nights during the Song Festival. Then few days before the trip I got an email that they had changed the dates to different dates and reduced the stay from 4 days to 2 days. I called the hotel several times but the staff didn't want to do anything to it. I think they did this on purpose to get a better price....

I doubt that Ill have the chance to stay at his hotel because they will not respond to my messages or emails. I have a booking in July during the song festival and I recently wanted confirmation and assurance of my booking which was made last year. I even asked Expedia to contact them on my behalf and they have not received a reply either....

The hotel is not bad. But there are nuances. When making a reservation, I have already had to face problems twice when the reservation is canceled, motivating it with a change of operator. Interestingly, this usually happens when events are held at the Tallinn Song Festival Ground....

I had a confirmed reservation at Fonnental Design Hotel for June 34, 2025, booked through Booking.com in September 2024, well in advance. The hotel changed management in November 2024, but instead of reviewing previous bookings at that time, they waited until May 2025just one month before my stayto tell me my reservation would not be honored.
