We enjoyed our stay in this casual, clean hotel with great location and friendly customer service. The spa was small, but nice, clean and homey, and a welcome addition to our winter holiday. There were also great restaurants nearby....

Nice hotel, good location, moderate spa, good breakfast. My massage was not very good (male therapist), he did not say anythig when the treatment was over, plus other things....

Comfortable rooms with great location, breakfast and spa. Hotelbuddy is a great addition. The spa is amazing and made for adults, however walk-in visitors and kids can definitely ruin the experience. There are no 16+ time slots or reserved times for hotel guests only, thus its based on luck if you end up with kids screaming and jumping around when you plan to visit the spa as theres no supervision from staff. ​The mobile check-in process was seamless and very user-friendly. Being able to open room and spa doors with a smartphone instead of a key card was a great feature.
​However, we encountered a problem with the main entrance late at night. Although the app showed the door as unlocked, it failed to open. Fortunately, we managed to enter thanks to some other guests who had a physical key card. Waiting outside in the free...
