Im extremely disappointed with my stay at Rixwell Savoy Hotel. At check-in, the receptionist very clearly told us that if we wanted our room cleaned, we must put the Clean My Room tag on the door. We followed the instructions exactly we placed the tag outside at 9 AM before going for breakfast.
When we returned at 7 PM, we were shocked to find the tag thrown on the floor and the room left exactly as we had left...

Nice hotel in a good area. Room was clean and quiet. Reception staff was polite and smiling. Bed was great.
We had our breakfast on the 2nd of December about 9 o'clock. There was only one dark haired lady that took care of the whole breakfast room. She cleaned the tables, brought more food, welcomed new customers and moved like quicksilver with a smiling face. She should get a Christmas bonus for her work....

Very cosy hotel , furnished and deorated with good taste, quiet surroundings, room a bit small but we slept well in comfortable beds - quie narrow though....

This was beautifully located, literally the start of the old town. Nice staff, a wonderful receptionist who upgraded me to a room with a bathtub on the 5th floor. Very comfortable rooms, quiet, and reasonable breakfasts. If i were to nitpick, they need to replace the pastries that go quickly in the morning. My brother both mornings arrived to no cinnamon buns, and maybe 1 croissant. I would definitely stay here agai...

A nice, clean and comfortable stay with enough room for luggage and to move around. There was a desk, 2 chairs and a small table. There is a small fridge, though no microwave, which is annoyingly not uncommon in Europe. We had a view on the 5th floor and from our small balcony. The shower is good, but has one open side, so you have to be careful to avoid splashing. In floor bathroom heating is great. Decent TV...
