Traveling from the Cayman Islands, we recently stayed at the Pantages Hotel Downtown Toronto and were absolutely blown away by the entire experience. This hotel truly deserves its high ratings.
From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was incredibly smooth and friendly, thanks to James at the front desk. He was welcoming, efficient, and set a positive tone for our entire stay.

The location was perfect for my mini vacation stay to attend the 2025 Santa Claus Parade. My room was perfect, clean, fresh scent, no carpet on the floor and a huge shower. The lobby atmosphere was decorated for the season, the price was reasonable for the service provided. There was no noise during my stay.

Central downtown location with friendly staff

The hotel offers a really comfortable stay with a central downtown location, perfect for our stay as it was just right across Massey Hall, where we went to see a show. The hotel is also located just a stones throw away from the big mall- the Eaton Centre and a two-minute walk to the Dundas Square. Great hotel by Massey Hall

Well appointed, newly updated rooms in a great location. Directly across the street from Massey Hall and the hospital (you do not hear any noise from emergency vehicles), and 1 block from Younge Street and the Eaton Centre. Each room is a bit different but all we have stayed in have been very nice. Very nice staff at front desk and in the bar. Many restaurants close by, theaters and easy walk to Union Station....

Had an amazing stay at the Pantages Hotel. Rooms were spacious, quiet and comfortable. Staff were incredible. Special thanks to James and Pella for really making me feel welcome and ensuring I had everything I needed....
