This location is great if you want to go around downtown area. James from front desk was exceptional and accommodating! He made sure that we are well taken care of. I highly recommend staying here...

The staff at the Pantages are always so friendly and willing to assist. Thid is one of the reasons it has become my go to.

Stayed at this hotel on Friday night as we had tickets to a concert at Massey Hall. I initially chose it because of its closeness to the venue ( a literal 2 min walk), but was so pleasantly surprised at its proximaty to so many things. My girlfriend and I spent a lovely night at this hotel for Valentine's Day. The room was clean and the bathroom was very nice and spacious. Their front of house staff, James and Paul, were extremely welcoming and made the stay especially special. Would definitely go back in the future!...
