The location of the hotel is fantastic. The service absolutely amazing. Special shoutout to Pella at the front desk, she is an absolute star and made sure we were well looked after....

We had a 3 night stay at Pantages Hotel - coming to Toronto to attend 2 Blue Rodeo shows at Massey Hall.
This was our first stay at Pantages Hotel and it wont be our last. The location is excellent for Massey Hall, theatres and the Eaton Centre with many dining choices in close proximity. First time at this hotel which we picked because we were seeing a concert at Massey Hall on a Friday night. Perfect location for our needs, it was so nice to just cross the street when the concert ended. The staff is great, shout out to James at main reception who was so helpful and personable. The hotel is beautiful, clean and in a great area with the Eaton Centre only a 4 minute walk away. The rooms were clean and ...

A perfect getaway for my husband and me! The Pantages Hotel was excellent. The atmosphere was so nice and welcoming right from the moment we walked in. The front desk staff were very professional and friendly. Our room was a corner suite with a kitchen, large sitting area with soft leather furniture, a large bedroom with king size bed, big screen TV and a separate bathroom near the main area with a walk in shower. ...
