Wonderful stay at this very central hotel. The room was lovely, clean, spacious and with great amenities. Diane, the receptionist who welcomed us was extremely kind and welcoming, making sure we had the best arrival in Toronto! Will definitely be back!...

Pantages nailed the important stuff: stylish, cleanliness, atmosphere, location. What I didnt expect was the incredibly warm welcome and attentive care of each staff member we encountered. Pella is a person who went over and above to ensure that my little family had a most memorable trip to Toronto and to Pantages. We would never hesitate to book again....

Highly Recommended Hotel and Staff

One of the best hotel rooms Ive been to. Very clean and beautiful interior design. Beds are perfect firmness and made us want to sleep longer. What makes it more memorable was their helpful staff with our requests to make our stay extra special. Very pleasing and accommodating. Shoutout to Diane of the front desk for making our stay very smooth and unforgettable one! Thank you Diane, thank you Pantages Toronto!...

Staff were friendly and welcoming! Guest rooms were great - in a suite/kitchenette, lots of space. Had dinner at the hotel bar - service was great, there was a gentleman who had been overserved or who was hanging out at the bar after having consumed a lot, bit of a nuisance and bar staff did not seem concerned. Overall great stay, would return! Wish the fitness center had access to windows/light, bit outdated and din...

We were very pleased with the Pantages - it is an economical choice with lots of positives. Mike & the front staff team were extremely friendly & helpful. Our room was extremely spacious with a very unique design. Our room faced Shuter Street & despite the nearby hospital, the nights were extremely quiet.
