Great hotel in a good location. We stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Room was spotless every day. Cleaners really must enjoy their job!
Fire alarm went off at 5.40am one morning with fire brigade on site in minutes. They had been testing the alarms day before think something went wrong!
Would stay again for sure if ever in Toronto....

The location is fantastic, close to everything downtown. A minutes walk to Eaton Centre. Front desk staff very friendly. Need to give a shout out to the housekeeping lady who cleaned my room, 13th floor, the front desk said her name was Kathy. It was extremely clean and the first thing I noticed. Thank you to her and that alone would make me rebook....

Excellent hotel! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Toronto. Room was very clean, very well laid-out and supplied with more than everything you needed. Staff at desk and in dining area were cooperative, friendly and very efficient. Complimentary breakfast (we had eggs Benedict) was excellent. Location was perfect for a visit to Massey Hall or anywhere downtown. Would happily stsy here again! 5 stars...

Traveling from the Cayman Islands, we recently stayed at the Pantages Hotel Downtown Toronto and were absolutely blown away by the entire experience. This hotel truly deserves its high ratings.
From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was incredibly smooth and friendly, thanks to James at the front desk. He was welcoming, efficient, and set a positive tone for our entire stay.

The location was perfect for my mini vacation stay to attend the 2025 Santa Claus Parade. My room was perfect, clean, fresh scent, no carpet on the floor and a huge shower. The lobby atmosphere was decorated for the season, the price was reasonable for the service provided. There was no noise during my stay.
