Well located, clean, wonderfully comfortable beds and linens but the icing on the cake was Pella. We were having a family reunion, three siblings and our spouses. Pella ensured our experience was precious, unforgettable, and truly perfect! She went way above and beyond. We would absolutely return!!! Paul the concierge was also extremely helpful. Excellent experience at Pantages! The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. Special thanks to Pella at the front desk for her exceptional hospitality and helpfulness upon our arrival. She set a wonderful tone for our entire trip. We will definitely be staying here again....
