We had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Everything was well organized, and we truly felt welcome and taken care of throughout our stay.

Because the Toronto RIU was new I was a bit nervous ...I should have known that a world class hotel chain would prove be wrong.
It
was 5 star. Unbeatable service great rooms and a breakfast buffet that would rival Vegas in its glory days!
The professional staff were everywhere including the main doors and elevators not only greeting you but assisting you beyond.
RIU will be my go to hotel for future visits.
