This is probably the very best customer service I have ever received. The room was nicely appointed and clean. The buffet breakfast was great. The staff extremely courteous. The hotel is within walking distance to great restaurants, the train and the ballpark. Absolutely no negatives whatsoever. ...

We had a great stay at the Riu Plaza Toronto and would definitely stay here again! The location was perfect for our trip. Its about a 1015 minute walk to the Rogers Centre and CN Tower, which was especially convenient for going to a Blue Jays game. Its also roughly a 20-minute walk from Union Station, making it easy to get around downtown Toronto. The hotel has a lovely entrance and lobby, and check-in was quick a...

It was a nice hôtel very clean and very friendly . Breakfast was awsome and the restaurant food very good and the water and waitresses very good also i would put a note to Mr Ali who help us in any questions we May had he was so helpful and very professional

We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. When they found out it was our anniversary, they upgraded us to a beautiful room on the 17th floor, which was a really nice surprise.
