Staff was very friendly, breakfast was fabulous, rooms were great!
The only minus point for me was the location of my room. It was close to the elevators and the service entry door for personnel so I heard a lot of beeps and banging doors in the afternoon when I was in the room....

We arrived to very friendly, helpful , courteous staff.The rooms are clean and well appointedonly negative was the difficulty in getting on the Internet.The buffet breakfast was as good as any all inclusive hotel we have been to. Check in was easy, staff were generally friendly and the room was very clean. My room was beside a stairwell and I could hear that door open and close easily (however it wasn't used very often).
My main issue was with breakfast. I was meeting my friends who were staying in other rooms and was told I couldn't sit at a larger table that would accommodate us until they came (which meant I started at one table and might...

From arriving at the front door to the Reception, room and breakfast, everything was impeccable and in a great location to access everything in downtown Toronto. Its refreshing, in a city with so many hotels, to receive genuine service. Riu is doing it right and Im already looking forward to my next stay! ...

If youre looking for a new building blocks from the main entertainment district, with an amazing free buffet, this is it. We were lucky to find this hotel just 2mo old and everything is brand new high end.
