Positives - views from the 23rd floor stunning
clean comfortable room
reception staff were amazing, welcoming, helpful. assisted us with taxi booking when needed (i needed to call a number they kindly lent me their phone so i didnt need to call from my UK mobile)

Negatives - being on the 23rd floor made it extremely challenging to take a lift down. out of 3 lifts only 2 were working and it took abs...

The hotel was the best I've ever stayed at. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks for the awesome stay we will definitely be back....

Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is in a perfect location and there are Tangerine bikes right outside for exploring the city on. The door staff are very professional and calm and welcoming - they took care of my bags on arrival and departure. The gym is great and open 24 hours.
I would have liked to see more vegan options at breakfast, especially with the hot food. My first morning had more options ...

We had a fantastic stay at the RIU Plaza in Toronto. The included buffet breakfast was amazing! So much to choose from, a great variety of food and always fresh. The rooms and main lobby were extremely clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location for walking anywhere in downtown. Would definitely choose to stay here again....

Location was awesome most places and sites were walkable. Breakfast was good but had limited hot food for gluten intolerance and some were incorrectly marked. Making eating much more challenging Bathrooms were not cleaned to the expectation I would expect from a Rio. ...
