My wife and I stayed here while in town for a concert. The Riu Plaza exceeded expectations in all levels; especially with the friendliness of the staff. I would definitely come back.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, very busy, with excellent service from staff and a fine buffet breakfast. I found the room comfortable, if a bit austere - lacking some small amenities that would make a big difference. A few extra towel hooks in the bathroom, more surface space on which to place toiletries and more surface space in the room on which to spread out bit would make the stay more relaxing. I had some family in town, and Im familiar with RIU hotels. I suggested a stay here, we committed and had zero regrets. The staff, the service, and the breakkfasttt was amazing. We even extended our stay for another night! Would recommend! Prime location !...

When we first arrived, we were a little worried, it was a bit busy. We also were not able to get into our room until an hour after check in. However, I was so thoroughly impressed with how aware, attentive, and courteous the staff are. Greeting you every day when you come in or out, always available to help.
