Having now stayed 2 nights at this location, we have booked another couple of visits because it is so convenient and pleasant. The staff are very welcoming. The suites are simply but well outfitted and the beds are comfortable. The location is so convenient to transit and ammenities there is no need to drive anywhere once parked in the convenient underground parking....

Great hotel and location! Tons of space, easy to get on the subway, restaurants nearby and good parking underground with 6'4" clearance. Beautiful kitchen with full fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Big storage closet and cost closet, 2 Bedrooms with 3 beds (one king and then 2 doubles) bathroom is normal apartment sized. Used this apartment as a base whilst visiting family locally. Chosen because of location - 10 minute walk max to Yonge St metro & supermarkets within easy reach. Excellent facilities & staff. Our apartment was compact and had everything we needed, the bathroom had a large shower with as is often the case limited storage for toiletries but towels and amenities supplied and more easily available. This a horrible hotel. I never stayed here they charged my card over $300.00 and not giving me my refund. The lease this stupid ads hotel can do is give me a room for one night since I cant get a refund. Dont stay here they will take your money. .....

There is housekeeping only once every two days. No breakfast is served. There is a funny smell in the kitchen area of the apartment. I had to call to get my coffee machine and bedroom light fixed. The staff in the Concierge and Bellcaptain desks are complete unresponsive to the clients coming in, no smiles....
