The only good thing at this hotel was the entertainment team.
We had 2 separate rooms (family of 6) there was problems with the bathroom doors, locking on there own. Had to get maintenance to come and unlock one, said he would replace it but never came back and reception didn't have a clue about it. This resulted in us not being able to even close the door properly for fear of being locked in.
