    The Hotel Contessina's a luxury hotel in the laidback surroundings of Tsilivi – a peaceful haven for families and couples.

    This was an amazing trip. The rooms were so clean, fresh and it was a pleasure to have stayed here. We had a pool view room and the view was really nice - i could not have asked for better. The location was perfect, close to everything and easy access to car rentals etc. Customer service was elite, top class! A young lady called Eirini was incredibly helpful and professional whilst dealing with us and made sure we had a fabulous stay.

    Me and my girlfriend visited this hotel in September, the staff was really kind (especially Panos, always in for a talk or good advice for restaurants/sight seeing) . Breakfast was very nice and fresh! Rooms were clean and big as well. Would definently recommend taking a massage in the Spa as well. Would visit again if we go to Zakynthos next year!

    We were apprehensive about our stay before we got to the hotel but once we got there we were blown away, what an amazing hotel. As soon as we walked in, the lovely staff greeted us and checked us in straight away via an app. What an amazing stay we had and amazing value for money. The hotel was completely spotless, you can tell the staff are working hard round the clock to keep up standards. We had a massage in the spa in the sister hotel around the corner which was absolutely amazing, shout out to the lady in the spa, she was so lovely!. I cannot fault our stay at the Contessina Hotel and recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely hotel in a great location (the beach is around the corner). Thanks to all the amazing staff for looking after us!! We have already recommended this hotel to many of our friends :) Aleasha and Sara xx

    My wife and I spent ten great days here prior to going to Zante Town. The hotel deserves each of its four stars and the staff are especially deserving of praise. Polite, friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble for them, not even during the two day medicane we had to endure! Would highly recommend this hotel.
    Excellent Hotel

    Sixth visit to the excellent Contessina, check in conducted on an App with reception staff help, App is then used for room service, snack bar and drinks, worked very well. Hotel is always immaculate and this year was no different. Number of sunbeds had been reduced and spread out but with reduced numbers at hotel this year it was no issue. Room was cleaned to a high standard each day, the delivery of water bottles each night is a great touch. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed, bathroom was spacious with a good shower. Room 311 has a great patio with double sunbed that is in the sun most of the day and only a few metres from the pool. Drinks are priced similar to the surrounding bars and snack bar food is very good, great quality and fairly priced. Staff are friendly, all wore masks and coverings throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Didn't have breakfast this year but due to COVID restrictions buffet is not provided, breakfast is by table order. Pool area is lovely and kept extremely clean at all times. Location is superb, a tranquil oasis only 75m from the beach, 25m from the high street with loads of bars and tavernas near by. A great stay in difficult times, will definately return.
