    Holiday ruined by covid restrictions

    Stayed 4th- 8th sept Hotel was lovely rooms were fantastic had a lovely sea view breakfast was ok but with only the one person serving it was slow. Not many sunbeds around the pool and If you wasn’t down there with your towel by 6.30 you didn’t have a chance of getting one thease were free if u wanted the beach ones they were 15 euro bit steep for guests. We was having a lovely time only managed to stay 5 days as the government put zante on the list so we had to book a flight and leave on the tues evening £650 later was gutted. Met some lovely people. We shared a taxi with a couple to the airport they were lovely we said are goodbyes at Heathrow also hope they got back to Bristol ok was lovely to meet you and anyone els we met around the pool. Such a shame we had to cut are holiday short. We will return again one day in a few years.

    Stayed for a week early September. We had the superior room with the huge 'shared' balcony. I say shared, but there was never anyone on it but us! Views were fabulous,especially sunrise and sunsets. Lovely clean room with a massive king-size bed. Plenty of hanging space. Only thing missing was drawers. There was only 1 drawer to share. Effective Air-conditioning (paid for) only included in July and August. Breakfast was a reasonable choice, cooked or croissants, fruit,toast etc. Bacon beans eggs and tomatoes was the cooked choice,but could have done with being hotter,especially as only just been put out at 7am. The hotel felt very safe and covid-19 policies were strictly adhered to. Hand gel everywhere. Sunbeds on the beach are hotels own. So comfy with thick mattresses! 2 min walk to nearby bars and restaurants. Thank you for a lovely stay.

    We stopped there to have some lunch so I am talking about the Phoenix beach bar and not the hotel. First time we hear that gyros is missing in a Greek restaurant.. so we asked for Chicken Alfredo pasta .. Penne are missing too !!! The waiter seemed to be lost and didn’t know the dishes on his menu.. YOU CANNOT WORK LIKE THIS GUYS ! We asked for gyros or pasta not for caviar and lobster !! Incredible..

    Wonderful friendly staff feel at home the moment you arrive they are coping really well with Covid regulations and you feel safe will be back next year and can’t wait. Only downside you have to 15 euros per day for a sunbed on the beach would think some reduction for guests would be available

    We came here often to use their amazing lounger’s on the beach. They are €15 for the whole day and the bar is right next to the beach. They serve food so you don’t have to venture far from the relaxing beach and the staff are very friendly x
