Best time to go to North Macedonia

A Mediterranean climate means dry, sunny days are on the horizon during the summer. Temperatures top out at around 30°C in the height of summer and hover between 20-25°C during spring and early autumn. Whenever you go, keep a warm layer handy for the evenings, as things cool off after sunset.

Passports and Visas

British citizens don’t need a visa to enter North Macedonia but must have a valid passport, which is valid for a minimum of 90 days from the arrival date. For the most up-to-date passport and visa info, visit https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/north-macedonia/entry-requirements.
