Luxury hotels don’t get much better than the IBEROSTAR Rose Hall Beach in Jamaica and IBEROSTAR Playa Mita in Mexico. They both have postcard-perfect locations, delicious dining options and slick pool scenes. Here’s how to choose between them…

    Jamaica or Mexico?

Both hotel postcodes are on point – you can expect white sand on your doorstep and knock-out sea views. On Mexico’s Pacific Coast, IBEROSTAR Playa Mita sits between a quiet beach and an 18-hole golf course. Nearby, the cute village of Punta de Mita has watersports, snorkelling and walking trails up into the Sierra Madre Mountains.

By contrast, IBEROSTAR Rose Hall Beach is perched on a beach in the very heart of Jamaica. Lively Montego Bay is packed with reggae bars, authentic restaurants and interesting sights. If you’re a history buff, check out the Old Town and Rose Hall mansion.

    Buffet or gourmet?

Food, glorious, food – both hotels have restaurants galore. Whichever one you choose, you can pile your plate high at the international buffet restaurant. But if you want to treat yourself, why not try the à la carte eateries? Both hotels are home to a delicious steakhouse and a Japanese restaurant.
