Our fourth stay in this hotel and never disappoints. From reception staff , who are very helpful , to the cleaning of room excellent. It may be situated a short distance outside city centre but there is an excellent frequent bus service , 37 1.40 pp flat fare , that takes you to its terminus in the city centre close to main attractions.

We stayed for four nights. The room and bathroom were a decent size, the breakfast plentiful enough. A big thanks to Maria in the Reception, she arranged a tour of Real Betis football stadium and a bus trip to Cadiz for us. Muchas gracias Maria x. Thanks also to Salla in the reception x. We ate in the downstairs bar every night, a big thanks to Carlos and Joaquin, great barmen. The bar is great value for money and us...

Booked this for our 35th wedding anniversary. Hotel is very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and airy with a mini fridge, although do note no electricity once room card removed, although keeps everything chilled. No kettles in rooms so we took a travel kettle with us. Breakfast was good and they had gluten free bread on request for my wife who is coeliac and also gluten free cereal if r...

A bald man without emotion, who is not there to help customers at reception. Impossible to heat a meal even though there is a microwave available in the room where we have breakfast in the morning. Disgusting smell in the room via the ventilation. I don't recommend....

Excellent hotel

We stayed here for 6 days and it was a great stay. The staff are very welcoming and we were greeted by lots of friendly faces when we arrived. Antonio was on the front desk and was so helpful and friendly. There was another man and lady also on the desk in the week who were also very friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very well looked after.I travel alot but this was the best hotel hairdryer I have ever used...
