Best time to go to Catalonia
Sunny days are the norm in Catalonia. By April, temperatures have usually crept up to the high teens, and they don’t tend to come back down ‘til late October. In mid-summer, you’re looking at up to 10 hours of sunshine a day, and temperatures that nudge the 30°C mark. Sea temperatures are pretty warm, too – in August they rise to a toasty 24°C. As for rain, drizzly days in summer are rare – most of it falls in October instead. But with an average of around 60mm, it isn’t much to worry about anyway.
