I spent my birthday at the Conrad where the housekeeping Staff decorated my bed with rose petals and left me a lovely message and Rosewater restaurant staff brought me a birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday 🩷 It is these little things that make guests feel special .
All the staff without exception were amazing; they were consistently kind and helpful and very professional.

I had a fantastic experience at the bar thanks to our amazing waitress, Arlin. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She struck the perfect balance between being friendly and professional, always checking in at just the right time without ever making us feel rushed....

What a welcome we had upon arrival to hotel. When we arrived met by fifi. The smile she shower on us as soon as we stepped out of the car. It was start of our staycation. The lobby is grand and very beautiful view towards the ocean.
There we were welcome by Elisabeth. The kind heart personally. Had a smooth check in. Our rooms was ready as we arrive earlier then check in time. Thank you for that.
