The experience was super great, Yoon was super helpful in guiding us. She is very much helpful & super polite. The location of hotel is great, the atmosphere is very nice.

The Hotel was so Luxurious and the ambience is amazing and the food is greatvery very comfortable with family.upon our arrival the Reception staff Recieved well especially Ms Darli and upgraded our Room to suite room which is amazing and I ll recommend this hotel to everyone especially with familes...

I really want to thanks crown plaza Hotel for all the service experience and especially I came for event f1 and me and my team dsv we really happy with the service of hotel . There was 1 staff kshiring from the restaurant where she always smile and greet me by my name and she knows well my other team members and she always make special coffee for our team.really feel valued and appreciated....
