This hotel is clean, comfortable, with great views, a great location, and very helpful staff. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone. I wish I could give everyone a shout-out, but I was only able to collect a handful of names, so I will mention those: Vikas, Dolly, Idris, Kumar, Tharang, and Adel were some of those lovely staff members I interacted with, but please believe that everyone was nice and helpfu...

We arrived around 6am after a long flight . The check in was quick but very unimpressive & not that welcoming. This is supposed to be a 5* hotel. No drinks or even a bottle of water was offered. We were told the all inclusive didn't start until lunchtime so we would have to pay for breakfast! Not the ideal start.
The hotel lobby was decorated for Christmas .
