My sister was due to stay for 4 nights on Thursday, tragically she had a brain aneurysm and had 2 life saving surgeries in the past 24hrs. She is critically ill and heavily sedated. The prognosis is not good. Her husband called to cancel. This hotel informed him, it was booking.com issue. Booking.com informed him it was the hotels issue. Neither taking responsibility or helping a distressed man....

A lovely hotel, excellent location, great bar/restaurant. The team were fantastic, helpful and friendly. Would stay here again....

Staff was friendly and helpfull
Breakfast was good.
Our room was located at the back, so no noise from the street
Really good value for money...
