Comfortable stay for a city break

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights for a city break. We stayed in the spacious city suite which had loads of space for us. The bed was very comfortable with amazing black out curtains. The bathroom was also a nice size. There were just a few minor points - no fridge, no tea facilities (only coffee), and the toilet was constantly running with a dripping noise, however with the door shut this didnt impact us. T...

My sister was due to stay for 4 nights on Thursday, tragically she had a brain aneurysm and had 2 life saving surgeries in the past 24hrs. She is critically ill and heavily sedated. The prognosis is not good. Her husband called to cancel. This hotel informed him, it was booking.com issue. Booking.com informed him it was the hotels issue. Neither taking responsibility or helping a distressed man....
