Conflicting advertising on booking.com and trip advisor on amenities especially free breakfast. Cleaning of rooms was not done daily and had to be requested multiple times otherwise none would have taken place. Rooms do have some nice views but we were situated opposite a building site next door to hotel. Hotel has no immediate services for food or entertainment- only Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant stay at all. During the night there was continuous noise from the air conditioning system, even when using earplugs and even after switching rooms. When I reported this, I was moved to another room but told the hotel was fully booked. After my stay, I left because I could not sleep. The manager later emailed me that a refund was not possible, as I should have given them the ch...

NOT 4 star for sure. Positives and negatives. On arrival once you find the entrance lady on reception not the most helpful and showed this room on 6 floor which needed two different lifts from each end of the building to get to it (weird set up) which was awful, small, filthy and bugs, we said no she said they had no others so we asked for refund despite driving from UK we were happy to take the risk in finding...

Rude receptionist NAZ

Naz, the front desk receptionist, was extremely rude to me and my friend. He immediately assumed we did not stay at the hotel and gave me a dirty look while I was getting coffee from the espresso machine. I noticed this because he was watching me through the mirror. This happened within about 20 minutes of us being in the lounge, which was not very clean and still had old cups left from previous guests.

We have just got back from staying at the hotel.And let me start off the review by saying if we had of based our stay off of previous reviews read on trip advisor. This review could have been completely different.
But wow the hotel is a gem. Yes its away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. But with the 26 tram right outside its not too far from the city.
