Had our valuables stolen from our room by the hotel staff after five days of arguing with hotel management they refused to help us recoup our stolen items Watches phone jwwlery wedding rings everything of value . So disgusted with hotel managent and their handling of this matter .would never recommmed this hotel .to have our calubke items arolen by hotel staff is so heartwrenching devastating like we were violated...

The staff will steal your stuff. Dont stay here. Great location but find somewhere else to stay if you dont want someone breaking and entering. Sorry to say. And they will not care to help you or reimburse you. You will need to call the cops and get lawyers involved. Save your time and money....

Hotel staff steals from guests. I, as a tour guide in the city, do not recommend this hotel. This hotel and its management are dishonest and above all complicit in organized crime....
