The location is close to transportation and very quit and comfortable. Great value and while I read about the issue of theft, we did not experience any and felt safe....

The check-in process was incredibly disorganized and frustrating from the start. I received an email instructing us to meet at the Canal Suites at address 818. After taking an Uber from the airport, we arrived late at night in the freezing cold and darkonly to find no one there. We knocked on multiple doors with no response.

Had our valuables stolen from our room by the hotel staff after five days of arguing with hotel management they refused to help us recoup our stolen items Watches phone jwwlery wedding rings everything of value . So disgusted with hotel managent and their handling of this matter .would never recommmed this hotel .to have our calubke items arolen by hotel staff is so heartwrenching devastating like we were violated...

The staff will steal your stuff. Dont stay here. Great location but find somewhere else to stay if you dont want someone breaking and entering. Sorry to say. And they will not care to help you or reimburse you. You will need to call the cops and get lawyers involved. Save your time and money....
