The staff will steal your stuff. Dont stay here. Great location but find somewhere else to stay if you dont want someone breaking and entering. Sorry to say. And they will not care to help you or reimburse you. You will need to call the cops and get lawyers involved. Save your time and money....

Hotel staff steals from guests. I, as a tour guide in the city, do not recommend this hotel. This hotel and its management are dishonest and above all complicit in organized crime....

Buyer be V E R Y A W A R E!! Stay away from this so-called hotel. The staff is considered organized crime as they rob their guests of their belongings including passports!!! The hotel did have cameras throughout their halls and lobby but have been taken down due to police asking for footage for an incident that took place December 2025. The managers and cleaning staff are all involved....

DO NOT STAY HERE. My family was robbed by the hotel cleaning staff on the third of nine nights staying at their suite located in a very nice neighborhood. We filed a police report and suspiciously they say their cameras were stolen the day of the theft at 6:10pm. However, on the day of the theft I showed the police the functional cameras at 10:35pm when they arrived to take a statement and file a report. I would stay...
