Stayed for 4 nights. All the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful in answering any questions. I had a single rooms, which was very small, but it was very well equipped, easy chair, TV on wall, bed was against the wall. Fridge, coffee machine, kettle. Shower room.
Our group didn't opt to have the buffet breakfast, which is Eur 20.

Fantastic hotel, great central location, all staff very friendly and helpful, secure lockers to pop your luggage in if you arrive early or want to check out and leave them somewhere safe, clean spacious rooms with good facilities like shower gel, safe , fridge kettle etc. I would definitely recommend this place to stay....

Very poor handling of a payment issue

During my stay, I had a very negative experience at the hotel restaurant. When I tried to pay the bill, the terminal declined multiple cards, including two international Mastercard Black cards that were working perfectly throughout my trip in the Netherlands, France, and England.

Disappointing and embarrassing experience at the restaurant

We had a very uncomfortable experience at the hotel restaurant. Our cards were declined by the terminal, even though they worked perfectly in other countries during the same trip.
A Brazilian waiter suggested that we contact the hotel to resolve the issue, which we did, but unfortunately they were not interested in finding a friendly solution and kept blaming the card instead.
