We booked a Premium Room but had to accept a downgrade to a Deluxe room because there were no Premium Rooms available, even though we arrived at 5pm. We were initially promised rooms next to one another, but are now in different buildings. Our room is next to a noisy alleyway. Check-in took approximately 15 minutes. Writing this review on the last night of my stay.
This was my third stay at the hotel, and unfortunately, it will also be my last.
We booked two rooms, and ours was the dam-facing Room 3033. Unfortunately, I fell seriously unwell on the very first day with a high fever. After checking in and going to the room, we realized the AC was not cooling at all. The room was unbearably hot and suffocating, which made things ...

This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at in all of our years of travel. The hotel itself is beautiful inside, rooms are spacious, staff are all friendly and the breakfast buffet is spectacular! Special acknowledgement of Sari in the dining room....

Five star gloss but more of a 3 or 4 star

A fairly big standard hotel with a few five star touches, The lobby area and room decor are very nicely done. But below the surface it lacks the luxury elements. It is as though they took the old NH hotels rooms and staff then put a coat of paint on it. Which does not make a five star experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. The level of service was far beyond my expectations, and every detail was handled with great care. The location is absolutely perfect and one of the best aspects of the hotel. I would definitely recommend visiting and staying here. It was an outstanding experience from start to finish....
