I don't normally leave reviews but would never book a stay without checking them out so feel compelled to step in here. My wife booked this stay and having booked with Booking.com we were unable to cancel after I subsequently read the most recent reviews. We were not looking forward to checking in. This is not a cheap stay, yet the quality is extremely poor. The bed and pillows are very low quality and uncomfortable, the carpets are stained and dirty, and the staircase to access the rooms is awful and feels unsafe. Honestly it feels unpleasant even to sleep there. Thankfully our stay was short. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Literally the WORST place Ive ever stayed. Filthy filthy filthy. The second you walk past reception to the hallway for the rooms you realise what a terrible mistake youve made. A door held open with a stained cloth, stained dirty old carpets, rotten floors and mould and filth. Hell....

Why i rated this as 2 star plus, the room was very small, very dated, the only chair in the room was very dirty, bathroom was too small. The staff thou was very polite and friendly....

My family of four have just spent 2 nights here the staff are rude and the room was nothing like the room we booked from the pictures on the website we booked with. The room was dirty with hair in the bed sheets, stained pillows, floors were filthy. Bathroom was awful the floor was falling through and there was no room to move in the bathroom. The pictures make the hotel rooms look bigger than they are and the hotel...
