My family of four have just spent 2 nights here the staff are rude and the room was nothing like the room we booked from the pictures on the website we booked with. The room was dirty with hair in the bed sheets, stained pillows, floors were filthy. Bathroom was awful the floor was falling through and there was no room to move in the bathroom. Our stay at this hotel in Amsterdam was one of the most unpleasant and unsanitary hotel experiences weve ever had. The photos on the website do not reflect reality at all. Everything looked completely different both the room and the hotel itself were in terrible condition.

Got robbed paid for 2 rooms they only gave us 1 and refused to give another when we had all the right paperwork complained over email and they have just completely ignored me so I would not recommend this hotel due to they like to rip their customers off...

The biggest and most annoying issue was an unexpected extra charge created by Agoda, the website I used to make my reservation.
