Splendid lodging with outstanding service in a superb location for tourists visiting Amsterdam.

What an outstanding "boutique" hotel. The staff are kind and courteous. The rooms comfortable. The location in the center of the city for those who are visiting Amsterdam is just perfect. Walking distance to Rijks museum of art and a little further down the road the Heineken Experience. There are canals within a block . A great selection of restaurants in the neighborhood. The reception staff, at least when they're there, are as kind as they are incompetent, and they are really truly kind.
In this 4-star hotel, my room, served by an outdated elevator, was an attic room without any of the amenities that make a stay in such a hotel more pleasant, such as slippers, a bathrobe, and hair-conditioner.

A very accommodating hotel within easy access on foot for the t museums.
The hotel is within easy access of the tram system making travel around Amsterdam very easy. Room was quite small but spotlessly clean with a large bathroom and powerful shower. Ample self serve breakfast with many choices available. The hotel hs a bar and restaurant which served tapas bar snacks.

We stayed in a junior suite, room 530 for two nights.
Location is brilliant. Close enough to the city, but on a quiet traffic street
The room was a lovely size, bed comfortable and the biggest bath Ive seen in a European hotel.
However the hotel is a little tired. One of the windows was broken and constantly arjar. This meant we were woken in the every night by drunk loud people outside.
