The hotel is very well maintained and spacious. Check in with Tim was efficient and friendly, he was really kind and helped us with any questions we had. After having dinner in the amazing Japanse restaurant on the ground floor we headed to our lovely upgraded room. The bathroom was big and very nicely designed. As expected from Crowne Plaza and IHG, this hotel is wonderful.
Great and neat, rooms are awesome. Breakfast and everything else is awesome.
And last but not least, the staff.
They are really wonderful, you can always ask them everything, they always, Crowne Plaza standards with a smile.
Like every other CP, the standard is absolutely on top.
I recommend this highly if you want to have a good stay in Amsterdam.

A comfortable and nice place to stay in with the whole family. Not so expensive but worth the stay. Clean and good ambiance to consider. Good customer service, a kind and accommodating receptionist.......
Can tell with friends the good amenities that they will truly enjoy....

It's a great place to stay and chill with good food. They also have a fitness gym for wellness. They have clean rooms and good staff that will guide you. People are friendly. So far i had my great stay here. I will recommend this to my other friends and colleagues. Nice place. Try them guys....

We chose this hotel because the rates were so much better than the extortionate rates in the centre of Amsterdam. Getting there from the airport was so easy - it's one stop on the train. And getting into the centre is also quick and easy. The area is lovely and quiet away from the mad centre area but it has plenty of restaurants and bars too.
