Check in went well and the Conceirge was very helpful. Housekeeping was poor and forgot coffee and mugs but I called down and they were delivered in a timely manner. Rating would have been a 4 but unfortunately on our last night the bar hostess ruined our experience and yes, I agree with other reviews the bar food and drinks are VERY expensive therefore I expect exceptional service. Poor service as a lifetime diamond they could have provided a room upgrade and we had to pay 99.00 for a decent room as the upgrade they gave us was no more than a deluxe room with a closet with a 18 to 24 rod really??? For two people then they gave us another upgrade after agreeing the first was a mistake that room was not much better so we asked for a bigger room and we agreed to take it at the 99.00 extra why th...

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. It is very modern, yet still feels warm and cozy.
We received a very friendly welcome from Nemo at the reception, which made us feel at home right away.
