Safety was my main concern with the room.

Location - great, and accessible
Atmosphere - nothing much, quiet.
*Rooms - very small and compact, they had us in a unforgiving small room and it was 3 of us. When we got to the room the door was wide open with a chair holding the door open. We were not impressed and asked for another room. It was a bit bigger and manageable. The water in the bath was spitting out in the morning we had to get maintenance. ...

Arrived at about 3:30pm in the afternoon and check in was nice and swift. There are stairs or a lift to access all floors. The rooms are a reasonable size, it had a desk, a decent size wardrobe, a very comfy double bed and a decent size bathroom. The room had a small TV on the wall but only had 2 English channels (news) this wasnt a big issue for us as we werent in Amsterdam to watch TV anyway. The gentleman at the...

Avoid noisy rooms: street side & lower floors

Its a basic room with laminate floors and furniture. No fridge, no coffee maker. Unusable safe unless you are willing to get down onto your hands and knees because it is located on a floor level shelf of the closet. No air conditioning but there is a ventilator system. Our first night was horrible because of inadequate cooling and opening a window was unbearable from our second floor room on the busy street side...

I liked this hotel, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, short walk to vondle park. The room was small but had everything I needed,WiFi, safe and bed was comfy, I would book here again....
